Want a wedding videographer in Sydney, on a budget? The sky is the limit for wedding costs, specially here in Sydney. But most of us have to plan our weddings on a budget. Best to keep these points in mind when choosing wedding videography in Sydney on a budget:
- Upfront choice of package prices (preferably listed in some detail on their website) that include what you want at an all-inclusive price so there are no nasty surprises. If you want wedding videography in Sydney on a budget, you really should avoid anyone who doesn't publish their prices, or who fails to give you a fixed cost, otherwise you could blow your budget pretty quickly.
- Flexibility in case you might need some extra time to include the first dance but not sure until it happens exactly what time this will be? You might think that you can't get this kind of flexibility from a Sydney wedding videographer on a budget, but you can and should be able to. Don't assume that just because you are hiring your wedding videographer on a budget, you have to miss out on this key point.
- In this economic climate you should ask if there's a cash discount from all your suppliers - the savings can be quite substantial with some understanding wedding videograhpers in Sydney. It never hurts to ask.
- Book early as prices keep going up - and check that the price is locked in at the price you booked at. Just be sure the wedding videographer you have found is reliable, and been in business for a long time. They are less likely to go under between your booking day and your big day.
- As far as photography and video are concerned, you can usually get a cheaper deal booking these for less hours; rather book the photographer to cover from bridal preparation to arrivals at reception and book the video from ceremony to leaving at the end of reception. The later reception speeches and dancing are better captured on video.
- You are expected to feed your operators - most venues offer a “service” meal of main course only costing about half the full meal supplied to guests. Of course if your photographer has already left (see above), that's one less! Others are Videographer, DJ/Band, MC, etc.
